So there’s a lot you new guys need to think about. Here are three main things that will effect all of you:
Depth of Knowledge
Energy: You need it. It’s what moves you. But how do you make it? You make it from within. I’m talking about passion guys. Do you like what you’re doing? If not, then real estate really won’t work for you as this is a commission-based job. Find your own personal way to be passionate and conduct your real estate transactions in a way that allow you to be passionate.
Confidence: You need people to think you know what you’re doing. Real estate is stressful for the client. It’s likely the biggest and most complex transaction they’ll ever have in their life. So your job is not only to bring the transaction to a close, but to also bring your client through it.
Knowledge: Knowing things really helps. Not only with the obvious, but also with your confidence. I’m confident in what I do because I know, I know what I’m doing. Shine in this area by knowing different kinds of information than the standard Stats sheet most agents recite.
