Allyssia Chaparro began working with Fort Lowell Realty as a Transaction Coordinator in 2017. As deal volume increased exponentially, it became apparent that a real estate license was necessary in order to serve our clients more efficiently. So in 2018, Allyssia obtained her real estate license and gradually began to assist in the different areas of the Fort Lowell Realty business.
You may notice a recurring theme throughout Allyssia’s real estate career: filling in the gaps as necessary for FLR as it continues to expand. Crissy Keoppel (the first & only property manager in the Phoenix branch at the time) eventually needed a colleague to help take on the new management as demand had risen. Allyssia is now a full on Property Manager in the Phoenix’s Central, South, and East Valleys. Mentored under Crissy’s expertise, Allyssia thrives in the Property Manager role which requires what she does best: initiative, integrity, ability to adapt & communicate, and attention to detail. All of which ensure satisfactory results for both Fort Lowell Realty and their clients.
Allyssia takes great pride in her work, which is likely why the company has continued to have confidence in placing her in the roles that need her most. Allyssia continues to grow in her Property Management role, as she looks forward to having several of her own rental properties in the near future.
