Aaron was very professional and courteous when he came to me and my wife’s apartment at Mission Springs to fix our ceiling fan. The chain broke off to where we couldn’t turn it off. Before Aaron arrived at our place he called while he was at Home Depot to ask if we needed any specific parts. He went above and beyond fixing the fan. He replaced the whole motor and replaced the pull chains with new ones and more attractive ones. He fixed the fan in just over an hour and was very easy going and easy to talk to. Very satisfied with his work ethic! Thank you Aaron.

I had a maintenance issue recently and she didn’t waste any time before someone out to fix it and it was taken care of quickly. I mean it when I say I’ve never worked with a property manager more amazing!! Aaron Dunn also is such a champ and is always here to help with any of my needs. I’ve never loved where I live more than I do here. Sounds really cheesy but it’s true.
