We suddenly had a 3-bedroom house that had to be rented. I had bought the house for my grandson, his wife and their children (my great grandchildren) when I received the news that they were splitting. My husband and I had moved to Hawaii. My (now) ex-granddaughter-in-law moved back with the children to her family so I rented the house to her family. Rene arrived on time to replace the refrigerator filters that the owner ordered. One was not the correct size, and Rene promptly said he’d be happy to go to Home Depot and get the correct filter. Andrea Robidoux is ourproperty manager. Andrea is amazing. She has helped us with renting our properties and managing them as well.
