Rene arrived on time to replace the refrigerator filters that the owner ordered. One was not the correct size, and Rene promptly said he’d be happy to go to Home Depot and get the correct filter. During a conversation with a tenant in a property I own, he made a point to let me know that he really liked the property manager, saying she was on always top of everything and it was one reason he liked living there. Cool. This is one of 3 properties that Jennifer Hazlett, from the Phoenix office, manages for me, and I have to agree with the tenant about the good job that she does. A happy tenant is of course good for landlords as happy tenants are less likely to move and helps me avoid loss of income from vacancies. I have suffered the consequences from poor property managers at previous management companies...my properties suffered and I suffered financially as well, so I'm glad I moved over to Ft. Lowell and Jennifer, the peace of mind they give me is great.

Absolutely best property managers I’ve ever worked with. Hannah Lyons-Wade is so accommodating and has never wavered in her attentive nature. I mean it when I say I’ve never worked with a property manager more amazing!! Aaron Dunn also is such a champ and is always here to help with any of my needs.
