Andrea Robidoux is ourproperty manager. Andrea is amazing. She has helped us with renting our properties and managing them as well. She has been a big help with collections and makes sure that we get paid for the rentals in a timely manner. She has lifted a big burden off of our shoulders, which has allowed us to move forward with acquiring additional properties. I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone that is frustrated with the rental game or is just starting out.

Rene arrived on time to replace the refrigerator filters that the owner ordered. One was not the correct size, and Rene promptly said he’d be happy to go to Home Depot and get the correct filter. In these short 3 months, Andrea has helped me with several aspects of the process as I am new to working with property managers. Just want to give a huge thank you to this company. For over 6 years now I've been paying rent with a broken stove. One day these two people showed up introducing themselves as our new management company. It was Andrea and Aaron, and they are the best. They asked me if anything was wrong with my unit and that Aaron was the guy to talk to. I told them that my oven hadn't worked in years. I didn't have to say anything more. A person from southwest gas came and fixed something and a couple weeks later there was people calling me to find out when they could come install a new stove. They came and put a new in oven in and took the old one away. They didn't even charge me. I'm on a fixed income so this seemed like it was too good to be true. The other issues that have come up have been addressed very quickly as well. The landscaping always looks perfect now. They have done a really good job. Thank you Fort Lowell and Andrea and Aaron!

During a conversation with a tenant in a property I own, he made a point to let me know that he really liked the property manager, saying she was on always top of everything and it was one reason he liked living there. Cool. This is one of 3 properties that Jennifer Hazlett, from the Phoenix office, manages for me, and I have to agree with the tenant about the good job that she does. A happy tenant is of course good for landlords as happy tenants are less likely to move and helps me avoid loss of income from vacancies. I have suffered the consequences from poor property managers at previous management companies...my properties suffered and I suffered financially as well, so I'm glad I moved over to Ft. Lowell and Jennifer, the peace of mind they give me is great.
