I’ve been working with Fort Lowell Realty & Property Management for the past few years, and they’ve made the entire process of buying and owning property incredibly smooth from the very start. Angela Hogan has been especially proactive in managing my property, allowing me to take a completely hands-off approach with full peace of mind. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been great, and I have complete trust that they'll always do a great job, highly recommend!

During a conversation with a tenant in a property I own, he made a point to let me know that he really liked the property manager, saying she was on always top of everything and it was one reason he liked living there. Cool. This is one of 3 properties that Jennifer Hazlett, from the Phoenix office, manages for me, and I have to agree with the tenant about the good job that she does. A happy tenant is of course good for landlords as happy tenants are less likely to move and helps me avoid loss of income from vacancies. I have suffered the consequences from poor property managers at previous management companies...my properties suffered and I suffered financially as well, so I'm glad I moved over to Ft. Lowell and Jennifer, the peace of mind they give me is great.
