We suddenly had a 3-bedroom house that had to be rented. I had bought the house for my grandson, his wife and their children (my great grandchildren) when I received the news that they were splitting. My husband and I had moved to Hawaii. My (now) ex-granddaughter-in-law moved back with the children to her family so I rented the house to her family. Ty Nolan, from Fort Lowell Property Management, took over and handled it with expertise and tact. Ty found people who could handle repairs and gardening promptly and at a reasonable price. When I sent her a question or called, she responded right away. I have been extremely happy with Ty’s management.

Andrea Robidoux is ourproperty manager. Andrea is amazing. She has helped us with renting our properties and managing them as well. She has been a big help with collections and makes sure that we get paid for the rentals in a timely manner. She has lifted a big burden off of our shoulders, which has allowed us to move forward with acquiring additional properties.
