Cool. This is one of 3 properties that Jennifer Hazlett, from the Phoenix office, manages for me, and I have to agree with the tenant about the good job that she does. A happy tenant is of course good for landlords as happy tenants are less likely to move and helps me avoid loss of income from vacancies.
